mtcowdog, this is not a different beat, it's exactly the same beat that Google has always drummed.

We just see it differently. Google's approach works for you; I think their approach is anti-social. To be clear, I don't feel left out. I have 2 invites to google+. But for me, I think social has to be self selecting, and the "communities" that make social work for me won't fit into google's approach at this point. I would be stuck with a limited community, mostly the tech realm. That's fun and all, but my interests go way beyond that and include people who have not even heard about google+ at this point.

In my perspective, I prefer to see products released when they are ready to roll out. Beta and social don't mix, IMHO. But that's just my perspective.

I would be very appreciative to get a Google + invite.
Ive tried using both of my Google email addresses and nothing so far.
Id be willing to pay forward and share my invites if I can get one from you.
