RSS reader with Twitter & Google Reader Support

Hey guys, I'm looking for an RSS reader that can sync up with Google reader and also gives you the option of tweeting the headlines within the app. Bonus points for URL shortening via bit.ly or something.

Any recommendations?

On second thought, it would be even better if there was a service or technique that allowed me to take all my feeds and congregate them into one, and then have it all tweeted to me, or under a hidden account or something.

Then all I'd need to do was open up TweetDeck and make a new column for it right?
