Applications Not Working - facebook, pandora, twitter.all

All my apps are not working! They just flash out of the screen.... I can't use any of them besides Email, text, phone. WTF Anyone know what could be wrong or why? I synced my phone, and no luck. Recently downloaded update, not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Yeah, try reset internet settings under the general settings tab.

Sounds like you need to restart the phone...
