Update both Facebook and Twitter at the same time?

Hello, I'm looking for an app that updates both facebook and twitter at the same time (with the ability to post pictures, too). I have an app called Update and it does an OK job. Are there any other good apps out there?

Personally, I use the Facebook Selective Tweets app. By appending the #fb hashtag to my twitter posts, the info gets posted to Facebook. There are other Facebook apps (Twitter and Twitterfeed are two that come to mind) that will post ALL tweets to the FB page... why make it more difficult than it really is?
