I am torn between the HTC One and the GS4...here are my likes and dislikes and I would like someone to give me some advice on where to go and since you guys aren't on the HTC One or GS4 forum I feel like this is a good place for an opinion!

I love media. I consume like crazy and I'm going to need at least 32gb since that's what I have now. The base HTC One has 32gb and the GS4 has 16gb. I'm on AT&T so I can get a 32gb in either.
I use my camera a lot. Like a lot a lot. I take pics of my dogs, my wife and I and just generally anything I see fit because I can. I know the cameras on the two I'm considering aren't quite as good as the iPhone 5 but I'm hoping to get close.
I listen to a lot of music and Beats is awesome as well as BoomSound but the GS4 has a microSD slot. I'm torn.
Last but not least I actually think I'll use Blinkfeed. I love having all of my info in one place so that's pretty neat to me. I really like the motion features of the GS4 though. Idk what to choose!

Mostly because the Galaxy SIII lags a lot on the homescreen and in games and for iPhones it seems like there's never any lag and all apps work perfectly on it where on Android, apps feel like they're cheaply ported over or don't perform as well as they would on an iPhone. I thought the 2GB of RAM on the Galaxy SIII would make it much better than the iPhone 5 so that's why I got it, but even with 500-600mb free the device is still kind of slow. I have to root it and use custom firmware to get rid of most of lag, but even then it's still not great. Has anyone here used the Galaxy SIII and an iPhone 5? I am planning on switching to iOS but I don't want to regret losing the customization Android has. I think that's the only thing I can find about Android that's better than the iPhone 5. Also are there any differences in the hardware and software of the iPhone 5s across different carriers or are they all the same? And how is the performance? Does it ever lag anywhere or in games? I feel like even on the high-end Android devices they aren't great, unless it's just the Galaxy SIII that isn't amazing. The Galaxy SIII just feels kind of sluggish at times while the iPhone looks smooth and professional. The iPhone 5 also physically looks much better and also has a much better looking screen, and can be used with one hand much more easily. Is there a way to make video calls from a Z10 or Q10 to an iPhone/Android/WP device? I know video calls are possible from bb to bb (with BB10 OS) and that it's powered by oovoo but I haven't been able to find if it works the same way with other devices. No Tango, no real oovoo, read skype is in preview with some bad reviews so far.
Any word? Am I wrong here?
