I'm a newbie to using Apple products and have recently bought and iPad 4. I need to setup a VPN connection for my own home usage purposes on my iPad so that I don't have to use apps such as Hotspot Shied and VPN Express which are basically paid apps in case you want to use them for extended periods.

My main purpose of setting up a VPN connection is to access blocked websites such as YouTube (yes, it's blocked in Pakistan!). I've done a lot of online research on setting up a VPN client and all the guides seem to be written by experts for experts. For a newbie like me, I don't understand the information that needs to be entered in the VPN configuration setting such as Description, Server, Account, Password, etc.

From what I understand, a VPN network cannot be setup for home users because of the kind of information required as most basic users don't know such things. If this is not true, and home users of iPad can setup VPN networks in order to access blocked websites and encrypt their data, someone PLEASE help me set mine up. I'm a complete dud at techy things like this, so please be kind enough to explain things in detail.

What I'm looking for is a software for PC that can allow me to connect the iPad-4, with or without is cable, to the PC, and then control the iPad with the PC mouse.

THE GOAL:
The goal is to record the PC screen with some "how to" with BandiCam for supporting people's who are new user of the iPad and are far away...

THE PREFER WAY WOULD BE:
My prefer way of support would be to install the PC software to their PC, and take control of their PC with Logmein or other remote software and then I can show them how to do something on their PC screen.
It would also be cool to set some complicated setting that you just need to do once and no need for them to learn how...

NO JAILBREAK SOLUTION PLEASE:
I'm aware of Cydia app Veency that can do what I want but it's out of the question to ask newbie far away to JB :)))

NOTE:
All Remote Desktop software I know don't allow to take remote control of the iPad.
Logmein, Teamviewer, all VNC type software and so on. What is the AppleCare Protection Plan?
It is basically a warranty that extends coverage of your Apple device for up to 2 or 3 years, depending on the device.
What is included in the complimentary coverage for my Apple product?
A one-year limited warranty and 90 days of complimentary telephone technical support are provided with your Apple device.

The registration process can take up to 24 hours to be visible in Apple’s systems. To verify that your hardware is covered under the AppleCare Protection Plan, click here.

AppleCare+ for the iPhone and iPad

AppleCare+ is only available for the iPhone & iPad.

The devices comes with one year of hardware repair coverage through its limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary support. It also extends your coverage to two years from the original purchase date of your iPhone or iPad and adds up to two incidents of accidental damage coverage, each subject to a $49 service fee.

Important notes
AppleCare+ must be purchased within 30 days of the date you bought your new device.
