So why not try that on iMore, we're a beautiful bunch of people. So I guess it's time for me to break out my Nikon D40 and my tripod and get to work. Yes I'm still rocking a D40 :( I was planning to upgrade last year but it was either a DSLR or the iPhone 5 guess which one won? lol Anyway so here are the loose rules, it's not a contest so there is no time limit and no prize, except the joy of having fun.

What I mean is the majority of the picture should be one shade with a bright color somewhere in the picture. So no use of Colorsplash or other editing to remove the colors. Example a picture of a pool of water with a leaf floating in it. I've seen some beautiful photos in the weekly contests. So since that is on a break sort of I figured I'd try to do some un-official theme week threads. There obviously wont be any prizes since I don't have bankroll like that. So we'll start with a basic outline of how it will work and go from there. The rule is pictures should only be taken and processed with an iPhone or iPad. So the way it will work is it will be for the week so every Monday I would put up the week's theme. We get snappin' and post up our pictures to inspire each other. The theme will end Saturday night so we all have a day to rest and it doesn't become a chore. I'm located in Canada so my timezone is GMT -5. So I guess I'll see if there is any interest.

This week will obviously be a short week since we are starting on a Tuesday. This week's theme is Black and White.
