I do have a back up of all my ripped music though. When I load Itunes on my laptop again I am worried I will lose my pictures that I had synced with a particular folder. It includes all my wedding photos and some other important pics that weren't taken with the phone. Since that folder no longer exists, what happens when I sync my phone for the first time? I just hope that since it won't find the folder that it won't just wipe them off my phone. I do have them all on an old computer but I was hoping to not have to transfer all that over again.

Also with my music-will it move all my music from my phone to the laptop or do I need to just pull it all off of the old computer too? I made a full iPhone encrypted backup with iTunes 11 and no error messages came out. I factory restored the iPhone and then I tried to put the backup back to the phone.

Same iTunes, same OS, same HW devices, no changes. But I got no luck. The process starts, and after a while (in the half more or less) it gets the annoying error message saying that the backup could be corrupt and so on. I moved the backup into a Windows machine with the same iTunes version with no luck. What's interesting is that in Windows, when the process failes I'm able to see error logs. Logs say about "Error -205, no encryption key found for domain pinterest.plist" something like that. Cool then. I deleted all the entries from the Manifest and Info plist referring to pinterest. Restart the process. It then blocks in the same way to the next application. Seems to me that all of the third parties apps are missing this encryption key. What's that?? By the way, I even tried to edit the Manifest.mdbd with a Hex editor referring to its rules, but no way. Is there a way at least to have sms, pictures and everything like that? I need to find a way of doing that with iTunes, I can not jailbreak the phone. I even made a clean backup and then copied the Manifest.mdbd inside the old one (for reverting sms,contacts and all of the system settings), but it then stops AT THE END, saying (logs) "multiple errors downloading files". Please tell me if something can be done, I'm going mad.

First of all, I am using an iPhone 4 with iTunes 11.0.2

I am having an odd issue where I am unable to update my apps, and my iPhone is acting strangely. First, let me tell you what I did to cause this, and then I will explain the symptoms. Thankyou so much in advance, I really could use the help and I appreciate it immensely.

I am using a PC, and was previously using a 32 bit version of Windows 7. I simply upgraded to a 64 bit version of Win7, wiped hard drives, and re installed a lot of things. On the iTunes side of things, I imported two files for playlists, and then patched the holes from the backed up music library I have. I did not back up anything else iTunes related.

After plugging in my iPhone 4, probably without thinking about it just to charge the phone, the phone has been acting strangely. The biggest issue the phone itself has, is that many apps can no longer connect to the servers they use. Weather apps (including the stock one) cannot connect to display weather, and any other program that needs to connect to something simply does not.

As for iTunes, everything seems to work alright, but I notice that there is no way for me to view apps that I've downloaded. I've authenticated this new OS (which is an entire other issue), and logged in, but I cannot see apps to update them. I can only see apps that are already on the iPhone by going to the iPhone tab. If I look at my playlists and click 'music' in the top left, I can only select Music Movies and TV Shows; Apps does not appear here.

Can anyone please give me some troubleshooting on this?
