iPhone 3gs won't go GM HELP

My iPhone 3gs is running IOS 5 beta 7 and i have the IOS 5 GM downloaded from apples developer portal and when tried to put the GM on my iPhone then it says 'your iPhone is not eligible for the requested build' which is strange as it has been fine until now but its like i'm trying to downgrade and i can't go in dfu cos my lock button is broken and i can't do the ipsw editing thing because until i fix this problem i can't change the software on my phone HELP

Enter DFU mode without using iPhone power or home buttons

That links faulty it says the page couldn't be found if its editing your software through making it a zip and editing it then I can't change my software
