Opening a DMG file on Windows

In my previous thread I asked how to download the iPhone emulator and was able to by signing up as a developer. Well I downloaded the DMG file and then googled how to open it using Windows XP..Well it sent me to this link

and I purchased a license to be able to open it but it does not. I am hoping one can shed light as to how I can convert this to a windows file so I can open it. I really need this. Thanks guys.

You need an intel based mac to install the sdk.
