How can I delete old App IDs from the program portal?
Now that we are starting to support push notification I can't use any of my old App IDs since they all have '.*' so I have to create new App IDs for my applications but then apple won't let me upload an updated binary since the bundle identifier is not the same.
And if I upload a new app with a different bundle identifier then my users will get two app icons.
Only if I can delete old App IDs I could recreate them with push notification support.
