Is anyone using LTE on the Videotron network?

Hi folks I'm wondering does anyone here is with Videotron on LTE on iPhone 5, 5S or 5C with iOS 8 ???

I've been switching my 5S SIM card today for an LTE SIM card. LTE appear but is not working on iPhone 5S.

I'm wondering since iOS 8 is very buggy if Videotron will do a carrier update on iOS 7.1.2 to be able to use the LTE network just launch a few days ago

I had to downgrade from iOS 8
