I added our iPad to our account and now we have a 2 year contract?
The representative said that we have a 2 year contract on the phone number but no ETF if we cancel the line does that make any sense? I think i need to speak to another representative because i do not want a contract i activated the line on 11-09 so if there is a problem i should be able to still change things right?
Just to clarify:
The iPad was purchased at apple online for the full price and was not purchased from verizon we should have no contract.
