    Default After Sandy my iPhone 5 does not receive 90% of calls but my old 4s does...?

    We live on Long Island and I get that AT&T cell towers and backbone has been affected like everybody and everything else, but why does my old 4s receive most calls but my 5 goes straight to vm most of the time? And yes, same area, no LTE...any thoughts?

    My parents live in Long Island (Glen Cove) and are having the same issue with Verizon. My Dad's 4 receives texts and calls reliably while my Mom's 5 does not. Any idea why this is happening?
