Anyone else notice some horrible data speeds, especially in NJ?

ever since i got my iphone 5, data speeds have been HORRIBLE. i cant even connect to LTE (fringe area) and my H+/4G speeds are incredibly slow. usually under 1 Mbps download, 0.5 upload on average. is anyone else experiencing this? im about to return this POS and get Verizon.

and yes, ive restored, reset network settings, reloaded the OS, and called at&t to confirm im on the LTE plan.

Where in Nj? I'm in union/somerset county and work in Essex county. No issues with Verizon

I'm on AT&T here in NE Philly, not having any data speed related issues at all. Your ping is really high. From your posted speed it looks like you're being throttled. That said, I would call AT&T's tech support back and request to have your problem escalated and get them to do some more trouble shooting for you.

That looks like my speeds when I was back on Sprint. Definitely call customer service and see how they can fix the issue
