NanoSIM cards in Canada

Does anyone know if MTS in Manitoba or Sasktel will have the nanoSIM cards in stock for the 21st

I talked to a rep from MTS today and they said they would have the cards by the 28th forsure, but were not sure if they would have them before that. Sucks if I have to wait a week to use the phone
