Default Iphone 4s is 4G, so 5gb cap?

So since it says our iphones 4s are 4g on att, does it mean we get 5gb before we get throttled since i am still on unlimited plan?

Also i know verizon just lost a case regarding charging $20 more just to tether, is this going to change too for att?

No, 4G for AT&T isn't LTE, therefore, since you are on an unlimited plan your speeds will be throttled after you reach 3GB of data. What is going on with the Verizon case has nothing to do with AT&T at this point.

Verizon case had to deal with the spectrum they bought and stipulations presented before them when they bought the spectrum.

AT&T only gets 5GB's uncapped on a LTE plan for unlimited and the 4S is HSPA+.
