Dropped calls

My friend is looking for a solution. She has an iPhone 4s and she drops a call every 10 seconds or so. Seriously.

Is there anything she can do?

Will sprint give her a new phone or can she get her money back?

Try to reboot or she's in a bad reception area with little to no signal getting thru. I'd suggest antennagate but that's been fixed.
