My wife and I were both eligible for an upgrade. I kept my 4S but she wants to take my old 4. Is there a way to sell the 4s without activating it first? I'm afraid to sell it still sealed in the box because when it gets activated it will automatically grab her phone number. AT&T said I should activate it then stick the sim in my old 4. I think it would be worth more though if I sold it still sealed in the box. Any ideas for me? Thanks!

Apple store gave me phone number which i guessed was tied to the SIM. I would activate and take SIM out.

you dont have to activate it, you can just sell the phone... how much you looking for it? id like to get a 4s and sell my 4
