Switch Under Contract

OK.....I'm a blackberry person who's got a wondering eye. Got the Torch on 8/12 (with new contract) and it's a great phone, but.....

I have access to a iphone 3gs.....can I switch data plans while under contract? I understand there might be a fee, but will AT&T change my plan?

no there won't be a fee maybe an up charge for switching data but no fee. they might charge for a new micro sim though.
the only problem you would have with switching phone is if you were buying a new, they wouldm't subsidize it.

No. Data plans are considered a feature change. It'll be just like changing text messaging package. So they should NOT charge you extra. And the 3GS uses a regular sized sim card. So there won't be a charge for a microsim.
