SMS to England from America

Hi, I have a cousin who lives in england that I would like to be able to send sms messages to but I do not want to pay the really high international rates to send those messages and was wondering if there was an app or something like textfree where I could send them sms messages but the biggest problem is that I have a jailbroken phone on Tmobile so I have no data plan. So I would prefer an app that has the ability to send it over sms and not require an internet connection. I have doubts that there is such an app or website but if there is I would be really happy to know about it. Thanks

There is either sms or there is data. There are plenty of apps that will let you use sms over data, but not sms with ... sms.

Yeah I figured it was unlikely. So my best bet is to send sms over wifi Im assuming.
