AT&T will catch people who hacked MMS early?

I wouldn't worry about it.

I would say its up to Apple to void your warranty - not AT&T.

Not so much. Had a hacked carrier file mms has worked fine for a few weeks. Updated to the official carrier file yesterday, mms still works fine.

mine is working fine after the update too; and i also had a hacked ipcc.

A lot of people downloaded the carrier file but still weren't able to successfully send MMS because MMS hadn't been released by ATT in their areas. People were seeing the red exclamation point by each attempted MMS.

They aren't charging for MMS if you have an existing text message plan, so what's the big deal?
