Anyone want to help me in knowing if I'm able to upgrade with subsidized pricing?

-Contracted with AT&T since 11/26/06
-Using Motorola RAZR V3
-Bills usually paid on time
-Family Talk Plan w/ 400 text messages & 700 anytime minutes

Can anyone give me a guess if I'm able to upgrade with subsidized pricing?

I think the AT&T website will give you instant access to your upgradability path. Sign on and it will tell you immediately.

They won't budge on the upgrade availability date either. Just tried doing it the other day. I wanted to upgrade 3 weeks before the actual date, ad they said no way.
They have always let me upgrade a little early on all of my other phones, but this new iphone thing is a whole different story.
