Official thread: What are you reading?
I have very little time to read. The more I write, the less time I have to read. My eyes just get tired. That said, I started reading Matt Fraction's Hawkeye via the Comics by Comixology app, and am enjoying it.
I also just finished "reading" No Easy Day on Audible. It's the story of DevGru (Seal Team 6) and their hunt for Bin Laden, and I think what Zero Dark Thirty was based on.
Now I'm listening to Inside Delta Force, which was the basis for The Unit TV show. Both are excellent.
I'll post updates as I start new reads. Meantime, what are you folks reading? (In iBooks, Kindle, Comics, Newstand, Audible, or other?)

The Wheel of Time. Again. Last book recently came out so I'm starting the series over again from the beginning. I've probably read the first 5 or 6 books a half dozen times each or more, the later books fewer times than that. And I've never read books 12, 13, or 14 because I decided to wait until the series was finished.
Currently in book 3. I used to fly thru each book (700 - 1200 pages each) before I had kids. Takes much longer now.

What do you mean? A iTunes or AppStore or iBookstore acct (same thing really) can be set up either with a credit card or loaded with the value of a gift card.

Audio books are your friend. I listen while I work. I can finish a book, or two, a week that way. I got through the whole Game of Thrones series in a month.

But reading in an iPhone is not ideal. Audiobooks are nice, World War Z is great, but as far as reading, it's paperback until I can get a reader, and nothing for me unless its an iPad.

Oh ok. I thought you meant you were having some sort of problem with iTunes or the AppStore, and I was trying to figure out it was so we could help. I get it now - reading books is tough on the iPhone.

I killed the thread?
I'd recommend Motherless Brooklyn by Jonathan Lethem as well. That or As She Climbed Across The Table. I'd say really anything by him will be worth the read, but those two are rumored to be movies in the works. Gun With Occasional Music is an annual read for me though.
