Astropad Studio: Can't get logged back in. Support is unhelpful with follow-up

I am frustrated. Serenity recommended Astropad Studio and I initially found it impressive. But after logging off, I can't get logged back in. Support suggested trying a new password, which I did, but it does not recognize my email (However, I successfully set up as an in-app purchase). Do you have any guidance here? Serenity?

I know. Astropad Support should assist. However, the last response I received from them 2 days ago, asked if I could still not get logged in yet. I responded, that I could not get logged in and have not heard from them since. Just hoping that perhaps you may have some hints.
