How to fix seeing my screen?

Ok got a new iPhone 6 Plus had it a week. I was on the phone and got off it. The screen turn off, I tried to turn it back on and it says screen shield on... the phone is talking to me and if I turn it I can see same of the screen. It's as if I'm blind and it's talking to you. Idk what it is or what to do

Have you tried a simple hard reset? That is hold the home button and power button at the same time until the apple logo appears (about 10 seconds). (On a iPhone 7/7Plus - it's power plus volume down) This will cause your device to "reboot" See if this fixes the problem, if not then, the next thing to try would be to connect it to a computer (PC or Mac) with iTunes running and see what happens. Let us know and then we will proceed.
