What comes after Sierra?

What is the name going to be after OS X Sierra?

Redwood, Mojave, Sequoia, Big Sur, Tahoe....

I'm from California and there are quite a few scenic locations/landmarks they could use in the name.

How can we even guess? There seems to be no naming conventions. It's not animals (although it WAS at one time), it's not candy, and/or based on letters or numbers. I mean we went from animal names to Mavericks, Yosemite, El Capitan & now Sierra. The last 4 would SEEM to have no connection to each other or to the original animal names of the predecessors.

Mavericks, I believe, is a big surfing spot and what some waves are called(not sure about the latter). El Capitan is this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/El_Capitan
