iPhone 7 adapter

Hi!

I bought this adapter for iphone 7, but the iPhone will not provide access to the adapter. Do anyone in here know why or possibly know what I can do?

Perhaps the adapter is defective? Have you tried contacting Merlin? Here's a link...

I don't think the adapter is defective, cause i can actually hear music and charge my iPhone in 30 sec. And then i get an error message that my phone won't give access to the adapter.

But I will try the link you gave me, thank you alot!
