Whatsapp not taking backup in iCloud

Hi,

I unable to take backup in icloud. After preparing the backup the icloud sign keep moving and the status shoows 0 bytes of 1.39 GB. It was working earlier but when I deleted my old backup from icloud and try to upload new one from that time I'm facing this issues.

I'm on 9.3.3 and phone is jailbroken.

I already tried these things:

1- Remove whatsapp tweak and try to upload.
2- Sign out the icloud Id and restart the phone and re jailbreak and try to upload.
3- Try in safe mode.
4- Downgrade the version and tried.

I search google but found nothing.

I really appreciate the help, I ask whatsapp team they told me they don't support jailbroken device said end to end encryption don't work, however end to end encryption don't work with iCloud.

I uploaded the video so it will be easy to understand

Is there any file needed to modify seriously I don't know where to look.
