I dropped my phone in sink months ago. It has worked fine since but then started having difficulties charging. Then it stopped charging on port and now it chargers slowly on wireless charger. Will this cont. to get worse? Is it fixable?

What type of phone did you get wet??

I ask this because you mentioned Wireless charging

I found when devices that have no water resistance and survive a dip in liquid they will start to show the signs you mentioned if you don't quickly dry them out

Dropping a phone in water isn't always bad at first, but corrosion eventually sets in and the inside starts to have issues.

Can't guarantee it will get worse, but I'd bet that it will. Might be time to replace it, but get your data backed up if it isn't already.

Welcome to iMore! Mirroring what @kataran said here. Water and sensitive electronics don't play well. Even if the phone appears to be okay it's common for problems to occur weeks--or even months--later.
