i ordered an i pad two weeks ago and still have not received it

two weeks ago i ordered an i pad and according to an email i received from apple, i should have received it two days ago but didn't, i would like to know when i should receive it

Sadly, we're in no way affiliated with Apple.
Your best approach is to contact http://support.apple.com directly and ask them.
Also, make sure to ask your direct neighbors if they received a package for you. Although, on second thought, if this was the case they would've already told you.
