i have a voice memo in itunes,how do i convert that into script

i would like to send a voice memo that's in itunes to someone but it needs to be in dictation form or script, how do i do this.

There are hundreds of voice to texts apps on the App Store, on macOS or Windows. Simple way is to play the clip and have another bit of software/app do the work.

That or you get to typing and do it the manual way
