    I have filled in the captcha and entered the card details 4 times over the last month to be able to access the apple store account ,i am getting very annooyed that i can get no help.i spoke to a staff member who said it would take two days ,that was 3 weeks ago,can i please get sonme help to gert a new password ,thanks ron bishop

    iMore is not an official Apple web site, so we really cannot assist you with access to the online Apple store.

    I think your best option is to go in to your local official physical Apple store and get someone in the Genius Bar to help you.

    CALL Apple support on the phone rather than entering information on their website. They should be able to assist you over the phone.
