How do I move contacts from excel to contacts within my iPhone 5s

I have my contacts on excel in my iPhone5s and would like to import them into the phone's contacts.

You can import your excel contacts to your iPhone through www.icloud.com/#contacts
In the lower left you will see the Settings icon and an import option within.
As long as your excel file is supported, you will be able to import it.
Only thing left for you is to enable Contacts in Settings > iCloud on your iPhone.
