iMore doesn't manufacture products. There is an iMore Store that sells items but I'm not aware of any products that will do what you're seeking. Hopefully some other members might have some recommendations on products for you.

There are apps that might help. You would need to use simple earbuds without the mic. Search "hearing apps" in the App Store. Many are free.
