my screen stuck on lock and you only csn see the wall paper but buttoms working

i opened my iphone 7 plus and i went to the whatpp app and its got stuck, so i close it to the lock, and now only i can see its the wallpaper of main screen and nothing else,bur the buttoms are working and i can hear that i get Messages, and siri appears jusr for a second. i cant turn of my iphone.

My suggestion would be to do a hard reset. Hold the power and volume down button together until you see the  logo. Then release the buttons and wait for it to finish. Hopefully this will solve the problem for you.If it doesn't solve the problem I would then suggest making a Genius appointment to have it looked at. Thanks!

If the hard reset doesn't work, try Reset All Settings.
Reset All Settings
Go to Settings >General >Reset >Reset All Settings. This resets to default everything in Settings, including notifications, alerts, brightness, and clock settings like wake up alarms.
