    Hi ,
I am the proud owner of an iMac 27" Machine. It's a great machine but i also have a Windows Laptop (Urrgh) and was considering buying a MacBook Pro. I have my own business doing web design using Wordpress mainly, keep track of emails etc too. As i already have a Windows laptop, i don't really think i need a MacBook too, and with the power of the iPad Pro i can probably do most things on that. Which machine should i go for? iPad Pro or MacBook Pro?

    Thanks
    Tim

    Welcome to iMore.

I do some web design and manage several sites for clients. I can tell you that it is not easy doing it on an iPad. I have an iPad 4 and bought it for that purpose. I think I used it once or twice and it has now become a family device for web browsing. You already have a PC which should be all you need. I have a MBP for when I visit my clients. It is far easier to do it on a laptop than on an iPad. I also have a 27" iMac for use in my office. This is just my opinion but I hope it offers you some help.

Under the circumstances you mentioned, I think the iPad Pro is the way to go.
