Can not download anything or upgrade my iPad pro iOS 5.1.1? How can I fix this

I doubt you'll be able to run iOS 5 on an iPad Pro, and why would you want to? Also, going from iOS 10 to iOS 5 is not an update.

You don't have iOS 5.1.1 on an iPad Pro.

Go to settings - about and next to the Version heading you'll see what iOS you have... chances are it's 10

@enow, the iPad 2 stopped receiving updates with iOS 9.3.5. If you have that version you're as current as it will get.
