Things to check.

• Do Not Disturb (which can be accessed on the Control Panel by swiping up on the bottom of the screen or in the Settings Menu)
• Volume buttons
• Mute Switch
• Notifications in the Settings app enabled for the Phone app

Ensure that you don't have the Mute switch on the left side of the phone turned on.
