I think I need to set up three passwords. Phone, outlook and Microsoft account. I can set outlook and Iphone I don't know how to get into Microsoft account.

Hello

I second what Kataran said. You don't need to email your photos to yourself anymore (I mean, you still can if you want, but it's not necessary) if you want to keep them. Downloading the OneDrive app, you'll be able to upload the pics from your phone to your "microsoft/outlook account" as you refer to them, and after uploading, they'll be available to you from anywhere you can log in to that account.
