I just got an e-mail saying that it "confirms the purchase of following subscription" Netflix IS plan

It says that I payed $97.99 for three months. Then it will do automatic renew from my credit card.
I do not remember signing up for it and I certainly did not give it my credit card. What should I do?

Contact Netflix and call your credit card company. $97 is way too much for Netflix.
