iPhone 6 benchmark scores and performance low

Hi everyone, my iPhone 7 is getting low benchmark cores on benchmarking apps (Antutu, 3D mark) on Antutu the score is around 132 k sometimes even 100k and mostly 1700 on 3D Mark sometimes as low as 1400 and I noticed choppiness when scrolling on social media apps. I restored the phone but it didn't help. Any help appreciated
