What are you trying to ask?
If you're using IMAP then the emails sync regardless. So, if you open an email on your iPhone and then go to your Mac, it will show as read. To do what you are asking, you'd need to set up your email service using a POP server so that you have to manually sync your emails. So if you read on your iPhone it will not be marked as read on your Mac.
