how to switch iphone from speaker mode to bluetooth mode

On my iphone I have the Iheart radio app running and it is in speaker mode. My bluetooth is on and recognized on the iphone. Trying to figure out how to get it play through the bluetooth. Wanted to go for a walk and the speaker is too quiet outside.

It's in the action center, swipe up from anywhere on the bottom of the screen, if you're not already there, swipe left to the music control center, tap iPhone and select your BT speaker.

Hello and welcome to iMore forums ! I think you want to pair your bluetooth headphones to your phone , to listen Iheart radio ? If i am right , you need to pair your bluetooth headphones ( turn them on , and check to have enough battery ) , and after that , go into your iPhone Settings and go to Bluetooth . There you should find bluetooth speaker / headphones and you can connect to them.
After the process is complete, you can go into Iheart radio and listen to your favourite music.
