how to apply Proxy setting to all apps?

My university has setup proxy for the Wifi. I have input the settings in the wifi connection properties and it works for apps like safari and facebook, but it doesn't work for some apps such as facebook messenger, viber, instagram.

My friends have a android device and they use a app called Drony to make all these apps work on their device.

How can i do the same for my ios device so that the proxy proxy settings are applied to all apps?

The problem is that certain apps don't function correctly while using a proxy. It could be because of how your university's network is configured, could be due to a bug or design choice in the app, or a mix of both.

You should raise a support ticket with your university, although I wouldn't expect anything to change as it's their network and they can do whatever they want with it.
