I have $16 in my iTunes account, but it won't let me buy songs. How do I fix this?

Are you doing this on a computer or on an iPhone/iPad?

If iPhone or iPad, make sure that you're actually using the iTunes app and not the Music app.

In addition to the above, make sure the $16 is not in an Apple Store account. That's different from iTunes.
