My money is limited. 2015 Macbook Pro 13. I want to buy i5, 16GB Ram, 256 SSD.

Programs I use: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Cinema 4D, Unity, ToomBoom, Indesign.
I do not want to use windows.

I would say so. The 16GB of RAM will help it handle the more demanding applications you may run. Get the highest configuration you can afford. If that is what you can afford, I don't imagine you'll have any issues with it.
