I've lost sound That alerts to a FaceTime call on m iPad air.

Alert sound was working. Have not done any recent updates. Alert sound disappeared. I have gone into settings and don't find anything out of order as far as I know.

Reboot your iPad Air. If that doesn't fix the problem, go to Settings → General → Reset, and then select "Reset All Settings". You will NOT lose any of your data.
