my apple music on my phone keep saying requested time out when I try to listen to a song

it only plays the songs that are already downloaded that I purchased

Either connect to a wifi or enable cellular data for Music.

Solution

I changed my quality in settings to the middle one and it fixed it. I think the other option was high efficiency and none. Took me a week but it’s working now. Not sure if that is the solution but it fixed mine
