Paid for 3D Touch for IPhone 6 but got nothing but an icon. What's up or what can I do?

3D Touch is only available on the 6s, 6s+, 7 and 7+.

If you paid for an app that promises 3D Touch on a device other than those I mentioned you've been misled and should contact Apple and the developer and try to get a refund
